This is typically designed for Indian small business owners (B2B & B2C) with revenue between 5 - 50 crores from the manufacturing, services and projects industries. We also work with self-funded startups with young founders, focused on profitable growth.
We do not work with software or software services businesses.

Based on the details you provided in the discovery questionnaire and during the video call, we will develop an action plan for 2-3 strategic KPIs. This will be broken into weekly action points. You will get weekly WhatsApp nudges, monthly check-in calls and quarterly detailed reviews over video call. These interventions will be conducted remotely, so you get the best support even when we are not in the same city.

You continue your business as is. However, we will push you to spend at least 3-4 hours per week on the organisation's strategic direction. Unlike consultants who ask you to do a lot of additional homework, our methodology is to modify your working style to be more strategic and transformational, rather than firefighting daily.

You will gain clarity on your growth path and learn to delegate more. You will have 2-3 key organisational systems built to deliver structured outcomes, and will regularly track a few critical dashboard metrics. You will also build an execution rhythm without having to shift from one urgent task to another.

This is not a full-time consulting or training for the owner. We respect your understanding of your own business and just act as a guide on your side, a sounding board to bounce your ideas off and help you make better decisions. We also function as an accountability partner, keeping you on track with your execution rhythm.
